It is an application for using Gramo's IoT equipment installed in Sekisui House "Sha Maison".
*Device names used are iRemocon, GlamoSmartLock, iRemoUnit IF, and iRemoUnit CT.

[Main functions]
◆ Easy setting
Just by entering the issued code, the built-in air conditioner, lighting, entrance door lock, hot water dispenser, electric shutter, etc. are automatically registered and can be used immediately.
Multiple smartphones can also share settings for use.

◆ Infrared remote control compatible home appliance control
You can operate home appliances such as lighting, air conditioners, TVs or recorders with infrared rays.
You can operate home appliances even from outside. If you can register your home appliances, you can use them.
* We do not guarantee the use of all infrared remote control compatible home appliances.

◆Environment confirmation of the room
You can check the temperature, humidity and brightness.
You can return to a comfortable home by operating the air conditioner in conjunction with a hot room or a cold room.

◆Entrance key
You can lock and unlock with Sha Maison card key or PIN key.
The user can freely set the PIN number, usage period, etc.
You can check whether the door is closed or open from outside, and if you forget to close it, you can lock it for peace of mind.

◆ Housing equipment control
You can supply hot water, open and close the electric shutter, warm up the floor heating, and turn off the power.
It can be operated from outside, so you can fill it with hot water before returning home and immediately take a bath after returning home.
*You need to close the bathtub in advance to use the hot water.

◆ Power data
You can check the power consumption of the entire home, the amount of solar power generation, the amount of power used by the air conditioner in the living room, etc.
If you forget to turn on the living room air conditioner, you can turn off the air conditioner remotely to eliminate waste.

◆ front auto lock cooperation
The front door can be unlocked with the house key registered with the GlamoSmartLock

◆ Home delivery box cooperation
Can be opened with the house key registered with GlamoSmartLock on the front door

*You cannot open it with a key registered in multiple rooms in the same building.

◆ Elevator cooperation
If you unlock the front auto-lock with the house key registered with GlamoSmartLock on the front door, you will automatically land on the first floor.

・This app can only be used by customers who live in buildings managed by Sekisui House real estate companies.
・A Gramo IoT device must be installed for use.
・Some services may not be available depending on the specifications of your room.
・If you cannot communicate with Gramo's IoT device, you cannot control it from a remote location or on the go, or link it with a smart speaker.
・When using the push notification function from this application, it is necessary to enable the push notification function of the application.
・When using the GPS interlocking function with this application, it is necessary to enable the use of location information in the application.
