解決方法その1
Android OSが、ウィジェット一覧を更新しそこねることがあるため
ウィジェット一覧を表示したまま、お使いの端末本体を横もしくは縦に倒して
画面表示を横向きもしくは縦向きにして、ウィジェット一覧を更新して下さい。
ウィジェット一覧が更新されれば当ウィジェットのアイコン/ウィジェット名が登場します。
もし更新しても当ウィジェットが表示されない方は
お手数ですが端末の再起動や、アプリの再インストールをお試し下さい。

解決方法その2
インストール先がSDカードになっていないかチェックして下さい。
ウィジェットはSDカードでなく端末本体にインストールしないと正常に動作しません。
自動的にインストール先は本体端末となりますが
一部機種ではSDカードへインストール出来てしまったり、もしくは手動でSDカードへ移動させた場合などに、
ウィジェットが正常に動作しないという問題が発生してしまいます。
お手数ですがインストールの際には保存先を確認して
端末本体に保存するようお願い致します。
