The beginning of this institution was in a rented building at Palachuvadu. Later it is shifted to its own building, were we are now.
It was inaugurated by Former chief Justice Sri.K.T.Thomas.
The institution is named after the Saint Gregorios of Parumala. The spiritual life of our patron is our zeal and enthusiasm.
The school situated in a serene atmosphere quite away from the hazards of town.
The first Principal of our school was Late.Mr.P.M.Kurian (known as Babu Sir). He was a dedicated teacher and worked hard for the upliftment of the school.
Gregorian Central school is affiliated to CBSE, New Delhi. The affiliation No. is 930632.
Foundation stone of the present school building was laid by Olympian Mrs.Anju Bobby George on 19th November, 2003 and in the same year we got the affiliation for the primary section.
In 2005 school got affiliation up to 8th standard
In 2008 we got the affiliation for secondary level,
And in 2009 we got the affiliation for the Higher Secondary Section.
For the present year, with the director board members, Mr.V.T Scaria is the chairman, and Mr.zaviour chacko is the secretary, Mr.P.I.Abraham is the treasure.
From June 1st 2016 Mrs.Usha Rajasekharan took the charge of principal and Rev.Fr.Kurian Thomas took in charge as Manager and administrator
Around 300 students were studying from the Montessori section to plus two section.
