(3) On the test results screen, you can check the list of words you got wrong, and you can quickly retest or restudy.

・Notes on downloading
While downloading, please keep your device active (screen bright) and maintain a stable Wi-Fi environment.
Before downloading, please also check the free space (1.GB) on your device.
If "Storage access" is displayed, set it to .

・How to deal with problems such as crashes and screen freezes
Please restart the app, completely shut down your device, wait a while, and then try powering it back on.
(What is restart? → Delete the HSK app screen and close it completely, then tap it again to start it.)
If restarting does not solve the problem, try uninstalling the app and reinstalling it.
If you have already purchased a class, you will not be charged again if you use the same Google account.
(Please note that reinstalling will reset the learning history in the app)

・If there is no sound
From the settings, set "Storage" to in the app's permissions.
Please check the volume settings on your device.
If the audio still does not play even after checking the above settings, the download may not have completed successfully.
Please check the free space on your device and try restarting or reinstalling.

・If you receive a message saying "You already own this item" for a class you have already purchased.
From [Settings] > [Apps] on your Android device,
Select both "Google Play Store" and "GooglePlay Developer Services" and clear the cache for each.

・If the payment screen appears again for a class that has already been purchased
Please check your purchase history with your Google account and the payment information registered in Google Play (card information, expiration date, etc.).
If you are logged in with the same Google account, you will not be charged again.
If the payment screen appears even though you are logged in with the same Google account you used at the time of purchase, please restart the app under a good communication environment.
