As a client with us at Infinite You, you get more than just a training plan! We give you personal coaching and support all the way, both regarding training and nutrition and not least mental health. We work with self-esteem, the view of one's own body and security in it, as well as the important parts of sleep, recovery and stress management in everyday life.

For us, health is much more than a number on the scale or a time in the mile, it's about finding a sustainable balance that gives you an increased quality of life and makes you dare to take more space in your own life!

In addition to tailor-made diet and training plans based on your goals and conditions, you get regular and present contact with our coaches. We are here to play with you both in terms of the puzzle of life and thoughts about the body, life and balance. We talk about how you create sustainability, how you can look at yourself in a kinder way and create the best possible results with your particular circumstances, in an everyday life that is often about both feeling good yourself and being able to be there for others.

In addition to this, you will receive small filmed lectures every week where I, as the main coach, talk about stress, alcohol, sleep, recovery or the function of the various nutrients, to name a few topics. You get small challenges week by week and I'm there to cheer and support when you slip off the track as well as cheer you on when you're in flow. Through ups and downs, we work together until you are confident enough in yourself to stand on your own two feet!
