Every day we filter our thoughts before speaking, and, in many situations, it’s difficult to speak up. This 5-minute exercise could help you get over that hurdle.

You’ll be working to strengthen your ability to turn off the filter. The next step is to record yourself while doing the exercise so you can start trusting and liking your own voice.

This app contains more then 10000 questions. Answering out loud you will improve your speaking skills significantly.
