All you need is an emulator that will emulate an Android device on your Windows PC and then you can install applications and use it - you see you're playing it on Android, but this runs not on a smartphone or tablet, it runs on a PC.

Step By Step Guide To Install Racing Tester using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
  2. Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. You can also drag-and-drop the APK/XAPK file onto the BlueStacks home screen
  3. Once installed, click "Racing Tester" icon on the home screen to start using, it'll work like a charm :D

With this application you will be able to test your skill as racing driver and your car or motorbike performance
Using the GPS, you will be able to do the next tests:
•Acceleration:
-Time elapsed in accelerate from 0 to 30, 45, 60 and 75 mph (or to 50, 75, 100 and 125 km/h).
-Meters covered in 10, 20 and 30 seconds.
-Time elapsed in cover 500 and 1000 meters.
•Deceleration:
-Time elapsed in brake from the actual speed to 0.
-Meters covered.
•Lap time: you will be asked to set the start/finish point, and every time this position is detected, a new lap will start. At the end, you'll have some statics:
-Higher speed.
-Best lap time.
-Number of laps.
-Distance covered.

Once you finish a test, you'll see your results with some statics and a map with your route. You could save all the results to check your own records whenever you want.
