In this post, I am going to show you how to install Property Inspection on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

Below you will find a detailed step-by-step guide, but I want to give you a fast overview of how it works. All you need is an emulator that will emulate an Android device on your Windows PC and then you can install applications and use it - you see you're playing it on Android, but this runs not on a smartphone or tablet, it runs on a PC.

Step By Step Guide To Install Property Inspection using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
  2. Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. It is possible to photograph the rooms of the buildings and make markings on the image, such as comments, strokes, circles, highlights, punctures, notes etc.

The application allows you to add text templates ready to pre-fill the storage conditions of each room.

This feature is useful for pointing and highlighting wear, defects, scratches etc.

You register the property and then add pages with the photos of that property.

Each included page has a date and title relating to the image.

In the title you can note the locations, for example: kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom etc.

You can supplement the information on these pages over time.

At the end you can generate a report of the survey in PDF format and send by email or archive in your virtual drive.

You can also set the quality of the images that will be embedded in the PDF file.

The application has a feature for you to sort or position the pages in the desired sequence.

You can switch between picture pages and text pages.
