MyGate's Security Management module via the MyGate Guard App simplifies communication between residents and the guards at the main gate. MyGate Guard App enables residents to notify security guards at the gate that they are expecting a visitor or delivery. The guards can seek the permission of a resident when someone comes unannounced. This seamless and simple connection can bring a powerful change to any community.
Passcode invites
Replace the intercom and register book for a technologically-forward passcode-based solution. Residents can pre-approve & share passcodes with their visitors/guests. When the visitor is at the main gate, the guard takes the necessary information. If the type of the visitor matches with the pre-approval there's a green tick mark in the guard app indicating the visitor is pre-approved.
Unexpected visitors verification
Another process simplified for the guards at the main gate. When unexpected visitors simply turn up at the gate, the guard sends a notification from the guard app to the resident app, requesting them to approve their entry. Just one click and guards are notified to allow them in or not.
Parking issues resolved
A visitor’s car is in a resident's spot? You can fix this issue with ease on MyGate. Enter the vehicle number in the guard app and get the owner’s contact details. Resolve the issue with just a few clicks.
Seamless daily help entry
No more making daily entries in the register book. We have simplified entry for maids, nannies and other staff members to reduce the work load for the guards. Daily help and other service providers have a unique 6-digit passcode assigned to them which they can show at the gate.
Overstay alerts
What if a delivery person stays longer than needed within the premises? MyGate raises an alert to the security guard’s guard app after a certain period to notify about the same.
Security alarm
In case of an emergency situation at home, security guards are instantly notified on their guard app when a resident raises an alarm to the main gate.
Parcel management
Security guards are authorised by residents to collect parcels on their behalf and additionally ensure authorised parcel collection with a parcel collection passcode. If a flat has requested for parcel collection at the gate, then a parcel icon will show against the flat in the guard app.
Child safety
If you allow your kid to exit during the coming few hours on the resident app, the guard will immediately be notified on the guard app when he attempts to seek your permission.
Patrolling
Guards are empowered to patrol their societies on predetermined routes and schedules to ensure continuous monitoring of the society premises.
Benefits of MyGate Guard App
• No need for register book
• Verify all visitors easily
• Reduce gate congestion
• Authorised entry at main gate, tower & clubhouse gates
• Seamless daily help entry exit
• Easy vehicle management
• Helps in security and patrolling
• Attendance management for society staff
