In this post, I am going to show you how to install FreeFlight Thermal on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...
Before you start, you will need to download the APK/XAPK installer file, you can find download button on top of this page. Save it to easy-to-find location.

Below you will find a detailed step-by-step guide, but I want to give you a fast overview of how it works. All you need is an emulator that will emulate an Android device on your Windows PC and then you can install applications and use it - you see you're playing it on Android, but this runs not on a smartphone or tablet, it runs on a PC.

Step By Step Guide To Install FreeFlight Thermal using BlueStacks
- Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
- Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. You can also drag-and-drop the APK/XAPK file onto the BlueStacks home screen
- Once installed, click "FreeFlight Thermal" icon on the home screen to start using, it'll work like a charm :D

[Note 2] about Bluetooth: At the moment, support for Bluetooth is not available on BlueStacks. Hence, apps that require control of Bluetooth may not work on BlueStacks.

FreeFlight Thermal will display live visible and thermal views from your Parrot Bebop-Pro Thermal drone and allow you to record visible and thermal media files for post flight analysis and sharing. The drone transmits real-time visible and thermal video streaming to the application.

MULTIPLE THERMAL COLOR PALETTES DEPENDING ON YOUR NEEDS
3 Thermal color palettes are available in the application to match every situation
Standard : displays absolute temperature between 10°C and 160°C range
Dynamic : automatically adapts to the minimum and maximum temperature range displayed on-screen
Hotspot : highlights the hottest temperature allowing you to quickly identify hotspots
RECORD, REPLAY AND EXPORT YOUR THERMAL VIDEO
FreeFlight Thermal application allows you to record thermal videos and replay them afterwards using the full set of features available in the live mode(palette switching, temperature highlighting, blending level...). Using replay in the application, you will be able to better identify elements that weren't clear during flight. Then you could export the thermal video using your parameters in a standard video format compatible with every computer and easily shareable.
ADVANCED PHOTO AND VIDEO
FreeFlight Thermal comes equipped with advanced photo and video settings. Photo Mode allows you to capture high quality images in professional formats like RAW / DNG. You can also record Full HD 1080p videos at 30Mb/s and customize white balance, exposure, and the refresh rate. Lastly, enjoy real-time video streaming on your smartphone/tablet while in flight.
