In this post, I am going to show you how to install Vote Consciente on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

Below you will find a detailed step-by-step guide, but I want to give you a fast overview of how it works. All you need is an emulator that will emulate an Android device on your Windows PC and then you can install applications and use it - you see you're playing it on Android, but this runs not on a smartphone or tablet, it runs on a PC.

Step By Step Guide To Install Vote Consciente using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
  2. Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. You can also drag-and-drop the APK/XAPK file onto the BlueStacks home screen

election advertisements do not always express the real opinions of candidates or generate clear position on the most controversial issues. The Vote Aware application aims to show citizens which candidates the 2016 elections approach more of their opinions and desires for the city. Through questions "key", user responses are correlated with the answers of the candidates and in the end, the application generates an affinity ranking from similar responses. The user can also select the candidate for mayor and alderman who intends to vote and the application generates a "glue" to be used on election day this year.

The application platform is collaborative, in other words, was initially developed for the three cities of Santa Catarina, where the technical team was responsible for collecting the information. However, citizens of two cities of Minas Gerais became interested in the application and applied the same research system with the candidates of their cities. Volunteers collected the data, which were included in Vote aware the application of technical staff and provided support further development of the questions. This kind of situation was already provided in the presentation of the application that invites users to take the Vote Aware to their cities.

The Vote search Aware application elucidating the user with respect to the candidates of the 2016 elections, so that the voter is aware of the views and ideas of the candidates who will vote and more sure that they will represent their aspirations for the development of the municipality .

This application was one of the winners of INOVApps Contest edition 2015 conducted by the Ministry of Science, Technology, Innovation and Communications - MCTIC, which aims to nationally promote the production and promotion of new applications and video games.
