This application simulates the Xbar control chart, that is one of the tools of statistical quality control, or statistical process control (SPC).

It computes the ARL for different mean and sigma shifts. Concretely, the shifts are measured by d = abs(m1 - m0) / sigma0 and by r = sigma1 / sigma0.

The control limits can be placed at 2 or 3 sigma. In addition, it is possible to change the sample size.

In addition, it simulates real performance of the Xbar chart (real in-control and out-of-control ARL) when the mean and sigma are estimated during Phase I.

At this moment the application languages are Spanish and English.

This application is also available for iOS (Iphone, iPad), Windows and OS X (MAC). Just search in their stores.
