Step By Step Guide To Install SolarMight–PV output estimator using BlueStacks

It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.

SolarMight (NECTEC Solar Calculator) is a remote evaluation tool based on information models and simulation methodologies, which helps users to simply and promptly estimate electricity generation from photovoltaic (PV) system. The environmental conditions and behavior of photovoltaic modules in several parts of Thailand have been analyzed and applied to the simulation methodologies in this work. The monthly solar radiation data supplied by the Ministry of Energy, Thailand is used as database of this tool .

-The area covered by the calculator is Thailand, Myanmar, Cambodia and Laos.

-This tool calculates the monthly and yearly potential electricity generation [kWh] of a
PV system with defined module types, tilt and orientation.
- A Google Map API is applied as a PV geographical information system, which makes it easy to use.
- The calculator provides an easy-to-understand rating scale; Excellent, Good, Fair, Poor, allowing users to realize potential of their designed PV systems.

It also offers additional features: Cost estimation, List of PV installers, Comparison of gained electricity power with consumption of electrical appliances and PDF summary report.
