The initiative not only aims to empower girls and women by stressing the significance of self-advocacy and self-care but also strives to ensure their access to healthcare providers, both in-person and through digital means. Additionally, the program encourages them to proactively pursue preventive care to safeguard their overall wellness.
This objective will be accomplished by utilizing technology, specifically FEMTECH, to extend support to the most remote areas. The decision support tool is aimed at improving health management, providing a better quality of care, and supporting workable clinical governance systems.

Salient Features of NAK App

- The Android application runs on low bandwidth mobile data connection so it can operate in the remotest of settings.

- The mobile app uses intelligent data-gathering flowcharts so that CHWs gather comprehensive clinical history and conduct clinically relevant physical exams.

- The app independently guides the CHW through a series of questions based on the patient's presenting symptoms and medical history. The app allows easy and accurate data entry with drop-down menus.

- The CHW uploads the gathered clinical data to the cloud server which houses the patient's Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

- The remote doctor reviews uploaded data, offer medical advice and prescription, and refer a patient if required. The dashboard aids in prioritizing care for patients and highlights those needing timely observation and attention.
