"Caloriator - calories calculator" is dedicated to people who care about their body and health. Proper diet is not only key factor in healthy living but it is also a key to success in many sports disciplines allowing to keep body in best shape.

What is the recommended use of Caloriator:
- Establish your dedicated daily caloric intake. To do so You can use "How many calories do I need" option in Caloriator. Target value should reflect Your target - to loose, maintain or gain weight.
- Enter calorie target in app settings field "Calorie target" and Save
- Use app on daily basis by entering EVERYTHING that you consume on given day. If given product / item is not present in predefined products you can add your own products or modify existing ones.
- Log entries from each day will build daily balance, weekly balance, daily average caloric consumption and forecasted weekly balance
- Weekly balance is particularly important since it will also consider eventual "cheat" meals/days
- Keeping consequently your weekly balance in check is the best way to achieve diet goals.
- App can be also used without setting daily caloric intake value - as simple caloric calculator
