Your electronic patient record (ePA) is the secure, digital storage for your health data. Once you have applied for and registered with BKK Linde, your patient file will accompany you throughout your life. From now on, doctors can send you treatment documents, such as findings, doctor's letters, medication plans or X-rays directly into your patient file. And you can share this data with your treating doctor. This means that all players in the healthcare system work hand in hand for your health.

Security

As a statutory health insurance company, we ensure the best possible protection of your health data. To ensure that only you or people authorized by you have access to your ePA, we will securely identify you once. To do this, use one of the following options:

- Activation code: We will identify you at one of our offices and give you the activation code
- POSTIDENT: Choose from identification at the post office or with your electronic ID card
- Health card (eGK): Use your eGK including the corresponding PIN
