Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. Guest can download the Emirates Palace Softphone to their smart phones or tablets before, during or just after their arrival at palace. This will allow their device to be associated with the room telephony system and will offer them a mobile extension connected communication experience inside Emirates Palace.
Guests can call the hotel services, room extensions free of charge from their mobile device from Emirate Palace Wi-Fi. Guests can also make phone calls to outside of the hotel and respectively charged to room bill with same rates like room/suite extensions. The hotel staff can also get in touch with guests, while they are still connected to the hotel wireless network.
Mobile Guest Softphone main features:
- Bring-your-own-device for guests, allowing free voice communications via guest smart phones inside the hotel wireless network.
- Embedded directory for easy contact with the different hotel services
- A simple dial pad to enter direct numbers
