It is my great pleasure to invite you to attend the 13th National Congress SBAN "The Science of Food and Nutrition: Innovations and Challenges", which will be held from 25 to 27 August 2015, the Rebouças Convention Center in São Paulo / SP .
The purpose of the event is to highlight issues that are at the frontier of knowledge and scientific and technological innovations in the field of Food and Nutrition. Prominent researchers in national and international scientific scene will be present not only to present recent advances and state of the art, but to create opportunities for discussion and shared interests.
Advances in Food and Nutrition area have given up by leaps and bounds. Information technology, computing resources, the unveiling of the human genome brought prospects hardly glimpsed in the last century, as the omics methodologies that forge concepts as exposômica and nutrioma.
