Scary Doll: Twin Sister is the horror game spinoff for the scary dolls chapter series. Once again, you need to escape from the killer doll on 1950's black and white anime gothic lolita style. The simulator gameplay is very simple, you only need to find the key and escape. But the horror is intense and not just a walking simulator. This is the beginning of the horrors!

You are an orphan girl, a daughter from a teacher family who likes to play with your dolls in a big mansion with your evil granny. Your house is full of annabell porcelain dolls and you take care of them everyday with your twin sister. But something is wrong with your twin. Is she's real or just your imaginary friends? Someday, she brought 2 dolls identical with yourself and your secret twin. And after that, your sister is being kidnapped by Santa on Christmas. And from that night, her life is changed.

You accidentally uncover some chapters of the dark secret between the dolls and your evil twin. After the living puppet's first kill, you don't have a choice, it's run from the dark dimension created from the dolls or die. So, let's begin playing Scary Doll Twin Sister!
