Prepare the tools in the kitchen, which must be clean, which we learned from cleaning the kitchen in general. Without a clean kitchen, no cook can work exceptionally well.
The tools are: electric mixer.
Flour
Cocoa powder
Sugar
Butter
Yeast
water
the milk
Chocolate chips
Hazelnut

First preparation method

Add the flour, then the cocoa powder, salt, butter, yeast, and water, then press the start button of the electric mixer to mix all of these ingredients.
While mixing, add the milk, chocolate chips, and hazelnuts.

After obtaining dough, we take it out of the mixer and place it on a table. We massage it by hand, then put a lid on top of it.
We repeat the ball by massaging it a second time by hand.
Then we cut it into pieces as desired.
The next thing we take each piece, roll it up, and put it on a high heat resistant bowl.
We put a cover on it for a short time, then we take a knife and open approximately three small holes.
Then we brush each balled piece with eggs.
Place the pot in the oven for about 10 minutes.
We brush the pieces again with egg and return them to the oven again.
To show us the final look we want.
