Commute with ease: Navigating to and from the AIA Campus just got simpler with our convenient shuttle bus service, integrated right into our app. The shuttle network connects the AIA Building with AIA Central, Hopewell Centre, and nearby public transit hubs, ensuring a stress-free travel experience. Employees can view shuttle bus schedules to plan their daily commute.

Book spaces for focus and collaboration: The Campus app empowers you to effortlessly reserve the perfect setting for your various needs. View real-time availability, room capacity, and tech features to select the ideal space, whether you require a quiet enclave for focused work or a collaborative hub for brainstorming sessions. Secure your preferred time slot in just a few taps and receive booking confirmations to keep your schedule on track.

Host events: Our multipurpose spaces will be able to host large-scale events, such as sporting competitions and town hall meetings. These spaces will serve as ideal gathering places for us to align on our collective goals and provide feedback.

Refuel and recharge: Satisfy your culinary cravings without ever leaving the building. Browse menus from our on-site canteen, which offers a diverse range of cuisine options to suit every palate. You’ll be able to customise your order, pay seamlessly through the app, and enjoy a nourishing meal or a midday snack. Coffee connoisseurs will be able to order from our on-site barista-led coffee shop for much-needed caffeine boosts. For a more elevated dining experience, table bookings at our exclusive clubhouse will soon be available.

Prioritise personal care: Designed for quiet respite and personal rejuvenation, our on-campus wellness rooms will soon be available for on-demand reservation. Enjoy private spaces for meditation, nursing, prayer, and other restorative activities, allowing you to recharge throughout the day and maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Exercise and sweat it out: You’ll soon be able to book exercise classes, reserve gym lockers, and check the occupancy levels of our fitness facilities to plan your workout schedule seamlessly. The gym will offer a comprehensive selection of weightlifting equipment, cardio machines, a 200-metre indoor track, and studio spaces for both instructor-led fitness classes and personalised workout routines, supporting your ability to step away, unwind, and return to your tasks feeling refreshed and centred.

Embrace sustainability: As part of our commitment to environmental stewardship, the Campus app is aimed at promoting eco-conscious behaviours through an air quality and energy dashboard. You’ll soon be able to track your energy usage via a workstation green score, monitor air quality, and control the temperature at your desk.
