Players are thrust into a chilling survival running game, blending elements of horror with the fast-paced action of endless runners. Set against the backdrop of a Japanese city under the veil of night, the player's primary goal is to protect a young girl while escaping from a terrifying giant that stalks the shadowy streets.

The game introduces a unique gameplay mechanic where the player must navigate through the dark city, dodging obstacles and hiding from the giant. Visibility is limited, and the player needs to rely on subtle visual and audio cues to anticipate the giant's movements and find hiding spots or escape routes.
