Meteorological forecasts provided by WeaClim Solutions Pvt Ltd: Global Forecast System (GFS) of National Centers for Environment Prediction Centre (NCEP) in USA produces an ensemble of predictions. Individually they are full description of the evolution of the weather. Collectively they indicate the likelihood of a range of future weather scenarios in the short and medium ranges of time frame. WeaClim Solutions Pvt Ltd processes this data to provide two set of weather forecasts that are uploaded on the web page https://www.weaclimsolutions.com and the mobile application.

First set is the predicted meteorological parameters for various geographical regions covering the entire globe for 10 days using the appropriate visualization package that generate the final product in form of pictures.

Second set is generated by the Mesoscale Numerical Weather Prediction Model (NWP) for four days, the World Research Forecast (WRF) Model, in nested configuration, wherein GFS data is used as the input. Predicted meteorological products for the Indian Subcontinent are made available at a coarser resolution of 45km for the outer domain and in the finer inner domains of 15Km.

However, it is important to note that these are only probabilistic predictions, and actual weather conditions on few occasions vary from what is forecast. It is always important to consult multiple sources of weather information and stay informed about developing weather conditions.

Access and download of the predictions: Users need to select desired geographical area of interest and parameters using the drop down menu at the company’s homepage https://www.weaclimsolutions.com. Predictions of the selected parameter for next ten days will be displayed in the form of thumbnails. User can select the date and time of prediction of interest and add it to the cart to purchase the high-resolution image of the selected parameter for the amount displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). On the mobile application a similar process is to be followed.

Online purchase and payment process for the users: To purchase any product, the user will have to visit the web page of the website where the product is available. Then click on the product to be purchased, click on 'add to cart', 'view cart', 'proceed to checkout', 'Place order' .... you will be taken to the payment gateway.

The payment gateway facilitates both national and international transactions through net banking, credit and debit cards. Additionally, payment has also can also be done by the users through the QR Code and Unified Payment Interface (UPI) using the relevant mobile application. International customers are to note that the payments can be made through Debit / Credit Card. Amount of purchase added to the cart in INR is converted to equivalent amount in nine international currencies namely, USD, GBP, EURO, AUD, QAR, CHF, SGD, OMR & AED.

Mode of Product Delivery: The predicted pattern of meteorological products are shown as thumbnail images on the App. Higher resolution images of the products can be downloaded through online payment. The selected products for which the payment is made will be delivered immediately on the registered email of the customers for their perusal.

Tailor-made Meteorological Products for the customers: Predicted products can be tailor-made as per the specific requirement projected by the customer. In such cases the required meteorological product will have to processed by the Company after discussion with the operations team. The payment amount will have to be finalized through MoU. Transaction can be done through an online payment link that will be provided by WeaClim Solutions Pvt Ltd to the individual of the company concerned.
