"Personal Disaster Alert (PAD)" is a system that supports evacuation actions tailored to individual attributes in the event of a disaster. This app displays evacuation shelters or evacuation sites on a map, and uses camera functions and location information to support evacuation actions and evacuation life, and to confirm whether the evacuation is successful. Therefore, we acquire and continuously collect user location information using a background method.
Disaster prevention is defined in Article 2, Item 2 of the Disaster Countermeasures Basic Act as ``preventing disasters, preventing the spread of damage in the event of a disaster, and attempting to recover from a disaster.''

Upon arrival at the evacuation center or evacuation site, the evacuation status of the user will be understood by having the user report the completion of the evacuation using cameras, location information, text messages, etc.
