Personal Characteristics Test (TKP) is a test used to determine personal potential from various aspects. TKP generally contains questions with various special studies. This test aims to assess participants' work skills. such as: Public services, work networks, social culture, information and communication technology, professionalism, anti-radicalism.

TWK, TIU, TKP are three types of material tested in the Basic Competency Selection or SKD CPNS. SKD itself is the first test that a CPNS candidate must pass in order to pass. The three materials are done in a duration of 100 minutes,
