Pelle Fires is an app that helps children with dyslexia to flash by words. The app is designed for children in grade 4 and 5.

The development of the game is initiated by Education Care Netherlands. ONL is an innovative provider of research into and treatment of dyslexia. The game is offered free to all children and their parents.

Pelle Fires do you do with a friend. One player reads the words aloud and the other indicates whether it is good read. Each word is displayed in a flash, with the font size and flash duration are adjustable. Words that were not read properly, will be relisted. By pressing the 'rotate' button button you can sit facing each other or next to each other. For each round you earn a good read for dog tag necklace Pelle. By shaking the letters and the positive feedback from Pelle the flashes of words a fun experience. The basis of the app are words which are briefly visible. Practicing words with a similar structure is a proven tool for children with dyslexia. There are 56 rounds in which still another phrase is flashed.
