Three Kingdoms: Chasing the Central Plains is a strategy game based on the historical background of the Three Kingdoms.
In the game, you must continue to fight to acquire new cities to expand your power. You must rely on the military officers and civilian officials in your hands to defeat the heroes from various places. The ultimate goal is to compete for the Central Plains to unify China.

In the process of the game, it is mainly divided into two main stages: the internal affairs period and the military period:

[Internal Affairs Period]
The end of December every year is the internal affairs period. There will be no timer during the internal affairs period, so you can proceed at your own pace without time pressure.
After the internal affairs is completed, remember to save it first and then press "End Internal Affairs". It is not possible to archive during the military period.

The internal affairs period is the time to develop, find talents, raise troops, and build cities to ensure the capabilities required in the military period.
During the internal affairs period, you can find generals, recruit them, find various weapons, military symbols and formations, equip your generals with various weapons and equipment, and learn various military formations.

General: If the force is above 85, you can search, and if the force is above 80, you can build a city.
Civilian: If the intelligence is above 85, you can search, and above 80, you can develop.

You can find weapons or books by searching (the monarch you choose will have these things by default). After the generals equip them, they can improve their military force or intelligence attributes.

Below is an introduction to all Home Affairs Directives:
1. Search: Search to find talents, weapons, military symbols, horses, formations and other items. Use these items to improve the abilities of civilian officers and generals.
2. Building a city: Building a city can improve the defense of the city. When defending the city, it will increase the defense of our generals. Usually, the defense effect will be more obvious if the difference in force is within 5 points. When being attacked, the evasion rate will be higher. If the difference in force is more than 5 points, the defense effect will be more obvious. At this time, no matter how high the city defense is, it will be more difficult to win.
3. Development: Increase the upper limit of the city's population, money, and reserve troops. Each city can initially place up to 10 generals. When the city is developed to a certain extent, the upper limit of the city's generals will be increased.
4. Use items: Weapons, military books, military symbols, formations, horses and other items found through search can be used to increase the intelligence or force of civilian officers and generals.
5. Recruitment of captives: The probability of joining is higher if it is consistent with historical facts. For example, if the subordinates of some monarchs are not destroyed, they will not join you until the monarch is destroyed. For example, Tian Feng, Yan Liang, and Wen Chou under Yuan Shao, and Sun Ce, Zhou Yu, Lu Su, Zhang Zhao, etc. under Sun Jian. When recruiting prisoners to surrender, and the other party mentions that "loyal ministers do not serve the two masters", then they will not surrender until the monarch also lets you capture them.
6. General promotion: Generals can gain experience points to upgrade their level by fighting. When the level reaches 10, 20, and 40, they can be promoted. After promotion, they can obtain new official positions and general skills.
7. General information: Query the attribute information of all generals under the monarch.
8. Power map: Check the range of cities occupied by each monarch.
9. Progress archive: Save the current progress, which can be read next time by clicking "Read Progress" on the homepage.
10. End of Internal Affairs: When all internal affairs work is completed, you can press "End of Internal Affairs" to jump to the military period.
11. Leave without saving: Abandon the progress since the last save and return directly to the homepage without saving.

After the internal affairs is over, you enter the military period of the map mode. During the military period, you can carry out various military-related actions, such as troop expeditions, troop recruitment, troop garrison, etc. First of all, you need to know what cities you have, what generals are in each city, and how to gather the generals as the main force for battle. The military period of the map mode does the most things, such as dispatching troops and generals, investigating the strength of the enemy and ourselves, and conducting expeditions, defenses, raids, etc. according to the situation on the entire map.

When the expedition troops meet the enemy troops, the expedition troops attack the enemy's city, or the opponent's troops attack your city, they will enter the battle mode. The battle mode is conducted in the form of one general against one general at a time. When all the troops on one side All the generals were defeated and the battle was over. When generals fight against each other, when one general's physical strength reaches zero or retreats, the other side wins. There are several factors to win: 1. The strength of the generals, 2. The use of the generals' skills, 3. The conflict between the arms, 4. The dispatch of the troops.

Troop recruitment: During the military period, each city will automatically add reserve troops every month. A city with a large population and money will have more reserve troops. Adding a reserve soldier will cost 100 gold. When there are reserves, you can recruit them through the army and add them to the generals' troops. The money in each city will increase at the beginning of each year.

General recovery: To restore the general's physical strength and skills after the battle, the general must be restored in the city. The city where you are located must choose a military commander with high intelligence to be the prefect (usually a civil servant with low force and high intelligence is selected). After the battle, the generals rest in the city, and their physical strength and skills will slowly increase. The higher the prefect's intelligence, the faster his recovery.

City defense skills: There are at least two generals in the city. When the enemy attacks, you can send one to interfere, and then send support troops from other cities.

Siege skills: Before siege, troops can be stationed at various intersections to intercept and kill defeated generals who are fleeing. If the opponent's city has more money, you can send multiple 5-man troops for early consumption.

1. The Central Plains has concentrated a large number of outstanding generals (high force intelligence, powerful general skills), so we began to develop as much as possible in the Central Plains, and development from the border areas was slower.
2. Try not to fight tough battles, and wait until others fight each other before we benefit from them.
3. Ensure that all prisoners are in the city before the end of the military period. During internal affairs, prisoners on the road cannot be surrendered.
4. Use low-force generals to consume the enemy's high-force generals' general skills and their soldiers.
5. When using high force to deal with low force generals, you can have the front row soldiers charge immediately, and then wait until a general skill is used and the game is basically over.
6. Those who charge with the same troops will always suffer a loss. If the shield is standing still, the loss will be much smaller.
7. If a unit is defeated, it can stay put, or the forward retreats, making it impossible for the opposite unit to hit.
8. When there are few generals in the early stage, it is not necessary to occupy the city. It is enough to have a prisoner in city uniform.
9. In the later stage, high-strength generals should try to bring long-range soldiers, so as to clear a path as quickly as possible for our general to kill the opponent. This is best used against enemy generals with residual health, and the enemy generals basically cannot use their skills.
