In this post, I am going to show you how to install Zivil.Courage.Online on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

Below you will find a detailed step-by-step guide, but I want to give you a fast overview of how it works. All you need is an emulator that will emulate an Android device on your Windows PC and then you can install applications and use it - you see you're playing it on Android, but this runs not on a smartphone or tablet, it runs on a PC.

Step By Step Guide To Install Zivil.Courage.Online using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
  2. Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. The Mauthausen Committee Austria has been training young people in civil courage since 2010. The central goals of civil courage training are to increase sensitivity for civilly courageous actions, to expand one's own behavioral repertoire on different levels and to convey civil courage and social responsibility in the past and today. Based on the content of the topic of civil courage, the training also covers “Civil Courage in National Socialism”.

Since 2020, our own training courses on “Zivil.Courage.Online” have been offered. As part of the “Zivil.Courage.Online” project, the MKÖ has developed information, education and training offers to specifically promote civil courage among young people on online platforms.

As part of this project, the Civil.Courage.Online app was developed, which is available free of charge. This app offers interactive exercises, videos, quizzes and argumentation training to counter hate online, fake news and conspiracy theories and to promote civil courage on online platforms.

The “Zivil.Courage.Online” project was funded by the Digitization Fund for Work 4.0 of the Vienna Chamber of Labor.
