Who is Bel Pesce?


Completely in love with learning, deeply curious for everything and always perfecting the art of making complex issues so that they are easily understood by all.


Mad to live, extremely grateful and without fear to be 100% authentic. There is no hierarchy in my day to day: every moment is equally important, all people are equally important. I do everything that I love because I learned to love everything I do, even in the face of increasing challenges. My vices: turn information into action, create legal projects with practical people, immerse yourself in different worlds and share what I learn, having so much fun along the way.


I do not believe in stability and argue that everyone benefits by having an entrepreneurial attitude in your life, regardless of their profession. My current projects focus on learning, specifically on how to find and learn valuable information that they see actions aiming better habits or to be more updated with so many changes in the world. They are open, collaborative and merge the online world with the offline.

Enkla - multiplatform publisher with books that address complex issues in a simple and affordable way. All books have open and free versions and special materials for schools and universities.


BeDream - open and free platform that connects people who have experienced some experience with those seeking mentoring that experience. Mentees share learnings openly.


INSPRD - application for which you only connect to the content that interests you from different social networks.


Figurines - creation of special projects agency with diverse talents and influencers order to take messages and certain content to the right destination.


I am four best-selling author on the entrepreneurial attitude of topics (The Valley Girl), relevant skills to perform (Superheroes Wanted), liability to which want to build (The Valley Girl 2) and self-knowledge applied to productivity (your best version takes you beyond).


I studied Electrical Engineering & Computer Science (EECS) and Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). During college, I interned at Microsoft, Deutsche Bank and Google, and after graduation I moved to Silicon Valley where I worked as a product manager at Ooyala and was part of the founding team of the Lemon Wallet.


I was honored to be named one of the 100 most influential people of Brazil by Epoca magazine, one of the 30 most promising young Brazilians by Forbes Magazine twice named in open survey of more than 60,000 young people of the 10 most admired leaders of Brazil ( Cia Talent), chosen as the Next Generation Leader by TIME Magazine and chosen as TED Fellow.
