BeeGTD DESIGNED FOR GETTING THINGS DONE

BeeGTD is as close to the GTD method as possible. Each new task first goes to the Inbox. Each Inbox task can be easily assigned to the appropriate GDT category using contexts, designs and tags, and attention horizons. You can mark important and urgent tasks and add completion time.

PRACTICAL AND INTUITIVE

BeeGTD was created as an implementation of GTD. This is not a universal To-Do list, because it has only one purpose: GTD. If you are interested in implementing the GTD method, this app will help you. You will find predefined folders known from the GTD method:

* Notes (Reference).

  * Daily review - you will see here what is worth reviewing every day,
* Eisenhower matrix - tasks divided into "Important and urgent", "Important", "Urgent", "Not important and not urgent",
* Project - tasks and notes grouped into projects,
* Context - tasks and notes grouped by context,
* Tag - tasks and notes grouped by tags,
* Horizon - tasks and notes grouped according to attention horizons,
* Upcoming - tasks and notes grouped according to planned completion time,
* Modification time - tasks and notes grouped by modification time,
* Creation time - tasks and notes grouped by creation time.

FILTERING AND SEARCHING

You can use the text search engine and any combination of filters.

You can filter tasks and notes. Select one or more filters, and one or more items from the selected filter:
* Contexts,
* Projects,
* Tags,
* Horizons of attention,
* GTD Categories (Inbox, Tasks, Results, Pending, Someday/Maybe, Notes).

You can also enable filters to view:
* Tasks completed,
* Marked with an asterisk,
* Urgent,
* Important,
* With planned execution time.

View tasks and notes in your chosen perspective and use filtering. This gives you a powerful tool to manage your tasks, you will always easily find the right one.

OTHER VIEWS

You can display a calendar view with tasks with a set due date. You can even look in the trash can if you mistakenly delete something that you still need.

ENCRYPTION

Your data is encrypted on save.

IMPORT AND EXPORT

You can import data in the Todo.txt format to BeeGTD. You can also export them in the same format.
