MyAccessBadge is an application made available to exhibitors at trade shows for which the
The Organizer's back office is managed by the Company Event Global Services.
MyAccessBadge allows exhibitors, in addition to their back office, to scan the QR CODE of
badges of visitors to their stand only in order to collect their contact details and their
send the requested documentation or proposals. It is a management type application.
leads. It prevents the exhibitor from:
- collect paper business cards from visitors
- fill in the contact forms by hand
MyAccessBadge complements Event Global’s visitor management platform
Services. This is the reason why you need a configuration QR CODE from the management of
visitors to configure it and make the link with the exhibitor's back office. It allows
exhibitors of a trade show for which EGS manages the recording and scanning platform
the QR CODES present on visitor badges. The purpose is to keep their contact details
in order to send them documentation or commercial proposals after the show.
When reading the QR CODE, the application stores locally the minimum information contained in
my QR CODE: Name, First name, Company, Country code, date and time of the visit and possibly the
comments entered by the exhibitor and it updates the information in the space on my server
exhibitor’s staff to enable them to find the full details of their contacts
in his back office after the show.
Having only this purpose, the MyAccessBadge application does not store any sensitive information and does not
uses none of the smartphone functions/applications other than the camera to
be able to read QR Codes.

The principle is simple:
- The exhibitor has an individualized space in the event management platform
completely external to the MyAccessBadge application
- If he wants to use the MyAccessBadge application to track his leads:
o He downloads the application from the stores
o It generates from its space exposing an encrypted configuration QR Code. This Qr
Code is scanned when the application is launched and makes it possible to make the link between
the application and the exhibitor account in their space to retrieve their contacts.
- He configures his application with this QR Code when the application is first launched
- He scans the badges of visitors to his stand during the show, he can enter
comments.
- After the end of the show, he finds all the information of the scanned contacts on his
exhibitor space external to the application in order to use them as part of their monitoring
commercial.

As explained above, this application is of no use if it is not used in addition to
the event management platform.
