Our school was started as “Brilliant English School “ on 16th June, 1986 at Dr. Salihu’s
hospital building for rent by our Correspondent Al-Haj. A. Muhammed Yakub., M.A., B.Sc., B.T.,
by the grace of the Almighty and with his vision for imparting Quality education irrespective of
caste and greed not only for this area but also for all near by areas as a pioneer institution in presence
of Hon. N. Sundaresa Thevar. – the Ex-MLC . It is being duly sponsored by K. A. Allah Pitchai
Rowther Trust founded by our correspondent under the capacity of Founder Trustee.
The patronage of the parent was in such a way that more and more children were admitted
and the space for running the school became insufficient. Thus it was shifted to this present place
with 194 students on 10th Feb, 1987 with minimum infra structure facilities.
The school was then named as “ Brilliant Matriculation School” and started with higher
classes right from Std.VI. and upgraded up to Std.X in the year 1993. The school made so many
toppers in Std.X in district level and then and then honoured by the Educational Ministers.
The infra structure of the school was upgraded as such and now we have sufficient buildings
with comprehensive Science and Computer Lab facilities and full fledged Toilet facilities
Transportation facilities have been made and extended for near by villages through our vans.
The school has national movements such as Scout, JRC and NSS and grabbed so many state
level awards , participated so many rallies and service camps and conducted the state level workshop
for students, Trainers and officials in Scout. Our Correspondent was honoured with State Level
Service Award by The Bharath Scouts and Guides.
We were further upgraded into Higher Secondary School in August, 2013 and in the very
first year we grabbed State Level Merit. Thanks to God.
The profound experience (more than 45 years in Academic side from various places ) of our
correspondent and the tireless support of his sons (the Secretary and Asst. Secretary )towards the
development of the school has led to the school towards the path of excellence.
