The language is in both English and Norwegian. The target group is children 3-6 years old. Maybe playing with food in the app can make it easier to explore food?
In this game the child helps the animated character Pep to explore two worlds full of food related games. Several players can be added.
The game features feeding the animals in fun ways, including cows, pigs, tigers and even crocodiles! The child can throw donuts at the ring toss and must keep the naughty monkey from making a mess with the tomatoes!
There are interactive tasks, like making cereal necklaces in real life.
Earn stars and collect stickers along the way.
The app also includes an parent zone with a modified text from our course for parents. The course is: "Mat og sånn" ("Food and such") for Norwegian parents. The parents signed up because they are stuck and have tried all the common advice for picky children. The parent zone is locked away from the child, it is not in the game zone.
This app is not designed for medical purposes, treatment or treatment of diagnoses. The project is funded by Foundation Dam and The Norwegian Council for Mental Health.
