SKoL is not about banning alcohol, nicotine and energy drinks.
But: Everyone should learn what the substance substances do.
And what drinking and smoking does to you.
So that everyone can decide independently and informedly whether and, if so, how much they want to smoke and drink.
We say: We want to strengthen substance-means competence.

That's why the toolbox exists:
- It imparts knowledge.
- It makes you think.
- She offers exercises.
- It has quiz questions that are easy to difficult.

We developed the toolbox together with people with learning difficulties and then tried it out.

The SKoL Toolbox – The 5 modules of the toolbox

The best thing first: All Toolbox offers are free!

The toolbox consists of 5 modules. You start with the 1st module. Then you do the 2nd module. And so forth. This means: you learn more and more about the substances step by step.

Module 1:
You will receive an introduction to the addictive substances alcohol, nicotine and energy drinks. For example, you get to know the ingredients. Or the effect.

Module 2:
Then you will find out why someone smokes or drinks. You can write a consumption diary here. This is how you recognize in which situation you smoke or drink.

Module 3:
Here you will learn what effects smoking or drinking can have. And how you become addicted. This is also about the consequences of years of drinking alcohol and smoking.

Module 4:
Now we'll show you what you can do instead of smoking or drinking. And you develop your own ideas about what you can do instead of smoking and drinking.

Module 5:
Finally, you will see offers of help for problems with addictive substances.
