Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. Management Plus is your management and administration of all your facilities and outdoor objects, from lawns and toilets to jetties and playground equipment. Add contracts and inspection reports to objects and facilities, generate statistics and send maintenance requests. Reports can easily be generated based on inspections and inspections carried out. Notifications can be set according to your own wishes for, for example, periodic maintenance or the expiration of user rights contracts.

The app asks permission for your location so that you are visible on the map. To enrich notifications with photos, the app also asks permission to your camera and photo library.

Management plus is part of the Folkersma management package C-TIP. You can use your C-TIP account to log in. If you do not have a C-TIP account, you can tap "Log in with demo account" on the home screen. This way you can gain insight into the possibilities that Beheer plus offers.
