Kokoro no Egg was developed with support from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology Grant-in-Aid for Scientific Research (B): Development and Evaluation of Psychoeducational Apps and Mental Health Care Systems to Support Medical Workers (Project Number: 2 1 H 0 3 2 3 9). This is a stress management app aimed at medical workers. 
This is a smartphone version of the app that allows you to learn stress management whenever you want, and you can also use it on your iPad.
Eggs will break if handled roughly, and will not grow unless you take care of them. It is said that the mind, like the body, can be strengthened through training.
In Session 1, we will mainly learn about the understanding of stress, the stress that medical professionals often encounter, and the various symptoms caused by mental stress.
In Session 2, we will introduce mindfulness, which has been attracting attention around the world recently, and conduct exercises.
In session 3, you will understand the concepts of compassion focus and therapy and perform self-soothing exercises.
Session 4 will include ideas and exercises for dealing with stress and taking care of yourself.
The exercises can be repeated over and over again, so try to take some time for yourself during the day to calm yourself down.
