We created a fitness app that allows people to work out at home. People are spending less time outside and being active and it is affecting their health.. In our app it will give suggested exercises you can do at home. Most are simple while some require weights. A light weight like 5/10 pounds would be best. There will be a subsection for Upper Body, Lower Body, and Back/Cardio. Each subsection will have a few exercises with the suggested amount. As you start you can choose to do less than the recommended but as you go you can increase the amount. There will also be a future to see how to do the exercises properly.
