In this post, I am going to show you how to install Pedionutricare on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

Before you start, you will need to download the APK/XAPK installer file, you can find download button on top of this page. Save it to easy-to-find location.

Below you will find a detailed step-by-step guide, but I want to give you a fast overview of how it works. All you need is an emulator that will emulate an Android device on your Windows PC and then you can install applications and use it - you see you're playing it on Android, but this runs not on a smartphone or tablet, it runs on a PC.

Step By Step Guide To Install Pedionutricare using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
  2. Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. Pedionutricare is an application that helps with the nutritional counseling process for pediatric cancer patients. The initial page of the application contains columns for the child's name and age, after filling in 6 menus will appear containing:

1. Nutrient Requirements
The nutritional needs discussed include carbohydrates, protein, fat, vitamins and minerals and fluids.

2. Tips for Fulfilling Children's Nutrition
For children undergoing chemotherapy, nutritional tips aim to help parents meet their child's nutritional needs according to the side effects of therapy.

3. Recommended and Not Recommended Food Ingredients
Food ingredients that are recommended and not recommended for children with cancer

4. Exchange Food Ingredients
Exchange food ingredients are a list that contains the name of the food ingredient, weight in household measurements (URT), weight in grams and the energy, protein, carbohydrate and fat content of the food. This list helps parents to be able to replace certain food ingredients with other food ingredients.

5. Sample Menu
Contains an example of a daily menu adapted to the child's age.

6. Daily Food Needs

By entering gender and body weight, the child's nutritional needs will appear and the size of the child's food portions per day according to their needs.
