In this post, I am going to show you how to install CS Lite on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

Before you start, you will need to download the APK/XAPK installer file, you can find download button on top of this page. Save it to easy-to-find location.

Below you will find a detailed step-by-step guide, but I want to give you a fast overview of how it works. All you need is an emulator that will emulate an Android device on your Windows PC and then you can install applications and use it - you see you're playing it on Android, but this runs not on a smartphone or tablet, it runs on a PC.

Step By Step Guide To Install CS Lite using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
  2. Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. You can also drag-and-drop the APK/XAPK file onto the BlueStacks home screen
  3. Once installed, click "CS Lite" icon on the home screen to start using, it'll work like a charm :D

[Note 2] about Bluetooth: At the moment, support for Bluetooth is not available on BlueStacks. Hence, apps that require control of Bluetooth may not work on BlueStacks.

How to install CS Lite on Windows PC using NoxPlayer

  1. Download & Install NoxPlayer at: https://www.bignox.com. The installation is easy to carry out.
  2. Drag the APK/XAPK file to the NoxPlayer interface and drop it to install
  3. The installation process will take place quickly. After successful installation, you can find "CS Lite" on the home screen of NoxPlayer, just click to open it.

Collect Smart Lite is an android mobile application used as call center purpose. Monthly campaigns will be generated from Campaign Builder module. From Collect Smart Lite, collection agents will work on those accounts which are allocated to them. Agent can Call/SMS to client and capture the promises for the payment.

Register - This is the first screen on entering in an application. User need to register before “Login” to CSLite. One user can only be registered on one device. User need unique SA ID and mobile number and email address to start registration process. Application will send OTP and on verification of OTP user get registered to CSLite.

Login - User can login to the application only if they have registered to the application. If the user is not registered to the application, the system showing alert message “Device information doesn’t not match. Please register device”. Registered user must have associated field agent company to see the allocated accounts after login. If User doesn’t have any associated company details, it will show warning message “Registered User does not have associated company” upon Login. Registered user can see only accounts allocated to associated field agent company.

Forgot password - User can reset password by clicking on ‘Forgot Password?’

Create a new campaign – create a campaign is for whatever the accounts are allocated to agents, agents can filter them as per their choice and create a small campaign and then they can work on the same. All campaigns created by agents are displayed in campaign list section.

User is able to view information of only accounts in CS Lite which are assigned to its associated filed agent company through Filed agent Data import in CS and all this information is fetched through API.

This grid contains all accounts which are assigned to particular agent.

Currently this grid not included all the columns which are available on CS web application but contains only important columns which agent might need/used most of the time.

If agent/user want to see the full name of customer, then he/she only need to click on client name and application will show the full name of client (Same like tool-tip in web app)

If user’s internet is not working then this grid will show blank data, user must need an access of internet to fetch this data.

Click to Call - Agent can call to customer’s cell number from static pane just by clicking on the cell number field.

Contactability - User can view all the primary and secondary contact details available for the selected account in Contactability tab in CS Lite.





Car Track Summary - User can view the Car Track summary of selected account by viewing the Car Track Summary tab in CS Lite.

Capture PTP - PTP functionality allow user to capture the PTP when call is in progress or after end of call. User can save the PTP with different frequencies like ‘Once, Weekly and Fortnightly and Monthly’ which is same as the web application.

Create Notes - User can create the notes for particular account by selecting the ‘Save Notes’ section.

View Notes - User is able to view all the notes for any selected account just by clicking the View Notes button appeared in Save Notes tab.

Search Account - User can search an account by using search functionality appeared at top right of an application.

Set Dialer - In case agent was not able to contact the customer and wish to contact them again some other time, they can diarise such accounts to set reminders for themselves.

When user set a dialer for any account then application prompt the reminder/alarm window to user (as per the time set by user) for remembering to work/call to account.

While setting the diarise item user need to capture the diarise type which can be “Work” or “Call Back” and also need to capture the “Snooze” time so in later stage if reminder pop-up comes then user can snooze it if they are busy in some other task.
