The ASCN application is designed to facilitate a smooth interaction between workers and job administrators. It serves as an efficient platform for managing job assignments, monitoring job status, and keeping track of work completion. The application aims to streamline workflows, ensuring that both workers and administrators can effectively manage jobs from start to finish.

Admin Panel
The ASCN application allows administrators to create and assign jobs to workers. Admins have the ability to input job details, define the job requirements, and schedule tasks for workers. The jobs are then displayed on the workers' app interface, where they can view all available tasks.

Job Acceptance and Scheduling
Once workers log into the application, they can browse through the list of available jobs assigned by the administrator. The worker can choose to accept or decline a job. If the worker accepts a job, the system automatically updates their schedule according to the duration of the task. This ensures that the worker’s time management is aligned with the job requirements.

In case a worker is no longer available to perform a job, they have the option to cancel it, ensuring the system remains flexible and adaptive to real-time changes. This feature is especially useful when workers face unexpected situations that may prevent them from fulfilling their scheduled work.

Job Execution and Tracking
Upon accepting a job, the worker begins the task and starts working based on the predefined time schedule. To ensure accountability and monitor the worker's progress, the worker must fill out a form with relevant questions and answers. These forms help gather necessary data about the job’s progress and the worker’s experience during the task.

The worker can pause and resume the job as needed, which offers flexibility during the course of the work. This feature is particularly useful for jobs that may require breaks or other interruptions. The ability to pause and restart jobs also helps ensure that workers maintain control over their work environment and schedule.

Job Completion and Updates
When the job is completed, the worker marks the task as finished, which triggers an automatic update to the system. The job status changes from “In Progress” to “Completed,” and it is moved to the “Completed Jobs” section of the worker’s profile. This allows both workers and administrators to keep track of all finished tasks, which can be reviewed at any time.

Once a job is marked as complete, it is no longer listed under active jobs and can be accessed through a separate section where completed jobs are stored. This feature provides an organized view of the worker’s past work, allowing them to refer to or report on completed tasks as needed.

Job History and Reports
Workers can view their job history, including completed tasks, on their profile within the ASCN app. This allows them to track their performance, see how many jobs they’ve completed, and get a comprehensive overview of their work over time. Administrators also have access to these records for reporting purposes, enabling them to assess worker performance and make informed decisions.
