The "Football" App is a program designed to store football tournaments and result predictions. Tournaments can not be uploaded automatically, they must be filled in manually. You can comfortably search and overview entered: tournaments, teams and matches. Over a long enough period of time you will accumulate a lengthy curated list of all the tournaments that you yourself find interesting.

Whether you are interested in an official tournament or you yourself are playing in a local tournament you can enter the participating teams, the matches and for finished matches: the results. Then you will have all the relevant data in your own phone. If the tournament has a league or group stage, you can overview the team standings at any chosen matchday or any chosen date.

You need not only check tournaments, you can also overview any entered teams: in which tournaments they have played and how they did in them. Favourite the teams you want to follow the most to be able to check them even quicker.

When creating a tournament you choose whether it is a local tournament or a national, regional, or even world championship. For each tournament you also choose its stages: a qualifying round, a league stage, a group stage, and a knockout stage. Then you add the participating teams. If you want, you can have the app generate the matches from the stage and team data and then you finalise them by entering the matchday and the exact date and time. You can also enter the matches manually instead of automatically. Then you only need to enter the result for each match when it ends.

When you open the app you can immediately see the upcoming matches. If one of your favourite teams is participating in a match, it will have a different background.

You can also locally run a game of tournament predictions. Only the game-master needs to have the app and entered data as the game is completely offline. For any tournament enter the participating players' names and then you can enter their prediction for who will get on the podium and/or their prediction for any match of the tournament. Then you choose the rules on how points are to be distributed. Having done all that, the app will automatically distribute points, when the match results are entered. You can always overview a ranking on how well the players are doing.

All data is stored only on your phone. As such we recommend making regular backups so that you do not lose your data.
