All you need is an emulator that will emulate an Android device on your Windows PC and then you can install applications and use it - you see you're playing it on Android, but this runs not on a smartphone or tablet, it runs on a PC.

Step By Step Guide To Install Inventory Count using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
  2. Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. The users can choose a warehouse and see the item name , code , barcode , and bin location if available .
The user enters the amounts that counted, at the end of the counted the user saved and transferred to the management system in the cloud.
Management system can do comparisons between the stock before the library and after the counted.
You can send to the app demanding for a recount of items that the counts items was no sense.
The user click on the recount icon in the app and will start recount in the end will save the new count, the recount will save in the cloud.
Management system can do again comparisons between the stock before the library and after the counted and then transfer all the data into an Excel file count .
The system is suitable for any company that manages inventory counts and should make one for a while.
The app does not require using devices geared more for this and gives the possibility to perform inventory counts with smart phones and tablets .
