Workout ideas selects exercises from a database of exercises organised using the options you select.
It attempts to intelligently organize the exercises in logical order to get maximum benefits.

It is aimed at people who get bored doing the same exercises every time they visit their gym.
My own indecision at trying to think of different routines is the main reason I have written this app and now have put it up as a free app to share..

NOTE, This is not aimed at gym novices.

You choose some options and you will be presented with a random selection of exercises for the body part you have chosen.

For instance, you could select chest and triceps as a super-set, 4 sets with 4 different exercises per body part.
If you select the same options on your next visit you will get different exercises targeting the same body parts.
Any single or grouped exercises can be selected.

Select-able options include;
1, 2 or 3 muscle groups,
Traditional sets, super-sets or tri-sets,
How many exercises, rest time and number of sets for each body part

A timer keeps track of the rest interval plus the number of sets completed.

This is in beta and will be expanded based on user feedback.

If you are after a full featured, hand holding app this is not for you.
The Play Store has many other exercise apps that may suit you better.

Don't expect a sophisticated virtual gym trainer with extensive descriptions and diagrams because you will be disappointed.

I will add in extra exercises and other options will be looked at based on user feedback.
Set screen to be portrait only to stop timer issues when screen rotates
Bug fixes as reported.
