This is Wonhwa Sobok Weather Reader, a program for the blind and visually impaired that reads the weather from the Korea Meteorological Administration.
There are many good apps that provide weather information from the Korea Meteorological Administration. However, it is too inconvenient for visually impaired people to use. So, we created Weather Reader with the idea that visually impaired people need an app that allows them to easily check essential information with simple actions.
Weather Leader provides the current weather, an ultra-short-term forecast that shows only the weather within 6 hours, a weather overview that provides a rough overview of the weather at a metropolitan level, an hourly forecast that reports the weather by the hour for up to 5 days, and weather information from 4 to 10 days in the future. Provides mid-term forecasts, etc.
Access permission information: We need your approximate location information to determine the weather forecast point. If location information permission is not granted, the weather can only be checked in the specific area selected by the user.
Please note that the display of weather information may be delayed or fail depending on the status of the public data portal server that receives weather and fine dust information.
