The Digitization of Pedagogical Libraries in Mazovia project is implemented within the framework of the Regional Operational Program of the Mazovian Voivodeship for 2014–2020, under Priority **** II – Growth of Mazovia’s E-Potential, Measure 2.1 – E-Services, Sub-measure 2.1.1 – E-Services for Mazovia, Project Type: Digitization of Libraries.

The primary objective of the project is to facilitate the provision of Level 3 and Level 4 services by pedagogical libraries in the field of educational activities. These services will be made available to readers via a unified online platform as well as through new, modern, and user-friendly websites for these libraries and their branches.

As part of the project, back-office systems will be implemented to ensure the standardization and uniform digitization of electronic services across all pedagogical libraries in the Mazovian Voivodeship. Additionally, these systems will enhance efficiency by streamlining, automating, and facilitating the work of library staff. The introduction of these solutions will contribute to the gradual automation of certain management and document production processes.

The common platform, named the "Portal of Mazovian Pedagogical Libraries", is primarily designed for teachers and students preparing for teaching careers. By increasing accessibility to library services, this portal will support the process of teacher education and professional development, as well as the operations of schools and educational institutions, including school libraries and teacher training centers.
