In this post, I am going to show you how to install ぴったんこはるる on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

Step By Step Guide To Install ぴったんこはるる using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
  2. Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. "Pittanko Haruru" is an app that allows you to register and apply for use of the Iida City Sick Child Care Facility (*1) and "Ohisama Haruru (*2)."

Previously, when registering for use, you had to go to the department in charge of your local municipality or Ohisama Haruru during opening hours and fill out a number of documents, but now you can register and apply for use using the app.
Additionally, when applying for use, you can now apply using the app without worrying about time or location, making it easier than ever before.

When registering for use, the registration must be approved by the department in charge of the municipality where you live.
It may take some time for your application to be approved, so we recommend that you register in advance.

Please note that when applying for use with the app, you will need to upload an image of your "Doctor Contact Form."
If you have been examined by your family doctor and it has been determined that it is appropriate to use the sick child nursery, please have your doctor fill out the necessary information on the ``Physician Notification Form'', upload an image of the Physician Notification Form, and apply for use.

*1 A sick child care facility is a facility that takes care of children in place of their parents at a day care facility attached to a hospital when the child is ill or recovering from an illness and is unable to live in a group but does not require hospitalization, or when the parent is unable to care for the child at home due to work or other reasons.
