Talking and Signar is an application designed to facilitate the learning of language functions Communication System Total - Talk marked in people with special educational needs.

Total Communication - Speaks marked is one of the augmentative communication system or alternative most commonly used in people with autism spectrum disorders or other developmental disorders or intellectual disabilities. Total communication is a bimodal system where oral and sealed language used simultaneously. In this system great importance is given to nonverbal person understands clearly the effect of the production of signs. Through speech marked the subject can obtain desired objects or things. The learning system is based on backward chaining and learning without error. One of its objectives is to promote spontaneous production by the person, so that this system is fundamentally emphasize the expressive elements of language over other systems that give greater importance to the comprehensive elements.

Total System Communication plays a structured sequence of instruction that is based on sequential learning of the different linguistic functions. The purpose of these functions is to develop the social uses of language beyond the expression of desires.

Talking and Signar allows, in a simple, easy and intuitive way to design multimedia learning activities of the five functions of the system: The expression of desires; the reference function; the concepts of person; the function of inquiry or search for information; and finally, the abstraction function, role play and conversation. The activities are designed and implemented in the same application, you can select or create even multimedia resources (images, sounds and videos) necessary for their development. In addition, the designed activities can be shared by using the import / export. Finally, the application allows you to manage multiple users, and their degree of user customization and personalization is very high.
