iEvo Limited are the leading UK provider of biometric readers and access control solutions.

There are two types of biometric readers are available for clients to choose from relative to their requirements, iEvo Ultimate and iEvo Micro - designed to be used externally and internally. Each reader utilises multi-spectral imaging technology in order to assess fingerprints and either grant or deny access, using mathematical algorithms to identify each individual.

As installation is often carried out by a third-party, it is imperative that the readers are fitted in locations where users are able to align their body positions in a suitable way as to enable correct finger placement. This is especially crucial due to the range of user-types – including those with a disability or differing brain lateralisation (to determine whether users are right or left handed). Incorrect placement of the devices provides a significant hindrance to the operational success rates of iEvo biometric devices.
