Speak. AI writes your notes. OneKey is the voice to text app that turns everything you say into clean, structured notes — instantly.

You think faster than you type. OneKey Notes keeps up. Tap once, talk it out, and AI does the writing for you: organized, summarized, and ready to use. It's a voice recorder, a speech to text engine, and an AI note taker in one — no cleanup, no re-typing, no lost ideas.

Built for founders, executives, creators, and anyone whose best ideas show up at the worst possible moment — in the shower, mid-commute, or five minutes before a meeting.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Tap and talk — say whatever's on your mind, however messy.
2. AI writes it up — accurate transcription, cleaned and structured the way you need.
3. It's yours — organized, searchable, and ready to act on.

🎙️ Voice to text that keeps up with you
Hit record and speak naturally — in the car, on a walk, between meetings. Fast, accurate speech to text turns your voice into text in seconds. Faster than writing, more organized than typing.

✨ AI notes, not just a transcript
Most dictation and voice recorder apps hand you a wall of raw text. OneKey uses AI to write the actual note — filler words gone, rambles cleaned up, thoughts structured into something you'd actually want to read.

🧩 Templates that shape every thought
Turn one recording into a task list, a journal entry, meeting notes, a LinkedIn post — or your own custom format. Pick a template, get the exact output you need, every time.

✅ Tasks that fall out automatically
OneKey pulls the action items out of your ramble and drops them into a dedicated Tasks tab. Nothing slips through the cracks.

💬 Ask AI about your notes
Chat with everything you've captured. Resurface an idea from last week, summarize a project, connect the dots across months of thinking — your second brain, on call.

🎤 Perfect for meeting notes
Talk through a meeting before or after and let OneKey write the recap, capture decisions, and extract the follow-ups automatically.

⌚ Capture from your wrist
Record a voice note straight from your smartwatch. It's on your phone, transcribed and structured, before you're back at your desk.

🔗 Send notes where they belong
Trigger webhooks to push notes into n8n and the tools you already run on. Voice in → action out.

📤 Share in a tap
Send any note as a link or a beautiful image card. Whoever you share with can save it straight to their own account.

🗣️ Says your name right
Add your brand names, product terms, and jargon to a custom dictionary, so transcription spells them correctly every time.

🔒 Your voice stays yours
Audio is never stored on our servers — it's transcribed, then discarded. Your notes are encrypted at rest.

🌍 41 languages
Speak in your language. OneKey's transcription understands them all.

PERFECT FOR
• Brain dumps when your head is too full
• Daily planning — talk through your day before it runs you
• Voice journaling instead of writing
• Meeting notes and follow-ups
• Turning a ramble into a clean to-do list
• Lectures, client notes, project ideas, and the thought that hits at 2am

WHY PEOPLE KEEP ONEKEY ON THEIR HOME SCREEN
A voice recorder gives you audio. A transcription app gives you text. OneKey gives you a finished note — the difference between something you'll never reopen and a tool you'll reach for every day. It even works when you forget to open it, quietly resurfacing old ideas and nudging tasks before they're due. Calm, never spammy. The note-taking habit that actually sticks.

Your best thinking happens out loud. Give it somewhere to land.

Download OneKey Notes and never lose another idea. Start free — talk your first note in seconds, and let AI do the writing.
