In this post, I am going to show you how to install Meu Pré-natal on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

Before you start, you will need to download the APK/XAPK installer file, you can find download button on top of this page. Save it to easy-to-find location.

Below you will find a detailed step-by-step guide, but I want to give you a fast overview of how it works. All you need is an emulator that will emulate an Android device on your Windows PC and then you can install applications and use it - you see you're playing it on Android, but this runs not on a smartphone or tablet, it runs on a PC.

Step By Step Guide To Install Meu Pré-natal using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
  2. Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. You can also drag-and-drop the APK/XAPK file onto the BlueStacks home screen
  3. Once installed, click "Meu Pré-natal" icon on the home screen to start using, it'll work like a charm :D

"The My Pre-Natal app was developed by the UFMG Faculty of Medicine, it is free, non-profit and humanitarian. It provides reliable information on care in pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum, encouraging care in a way that complements the pre-natal consultation. UFMG SIEX Extension Project: 402465.

The main objective is to promote information on maternal health and autonomy so that the woman can be the protagonist of her birth. Aimed at supporting women during pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum, the innovations will allow pregnant women to share their wishes and expectations for childbirth through the implementation and sharing of the Birth Plan in Digital format.

Ask questions about your pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum.
Know what to bring to motherhood, for both the pregnant woman and the baby.
Video with tips and useful information for pregnant women.
Plan your birth and record your preferences in the birth plan to share with your healthcare team both during antenatal and maternity appointments.
Use the contraction counter to know when time for delivery is approaching.

It is a record where you say how you prefer the birth to take place, who you would like to be your companion and what you expect after delivery. It's a great way to learn about your options and give your opinion on what's best for you and your baby.
Discuss your options with the health professional responsible for your prenatal care and participate in educational groups.

The Meu Pré-Natal app was created by a team coordinated by the Health Informatics Center of the Faculty of Medicine of UFMG, Brazil. It's free and non-profit. Registered in the Extension Information System of this University under number 402465. The stage that involves the elaboration, testing and validation of the Birth Plan was approved by the UFMG ethics committee with registration in Plataforma Brasil CAAE-68076617.2.0000.514. The application has its intellectual property deposited at the National Institute of Intellectual Property (INPI) in October 2016, under identification BR 51 2016 0013141. It is supported by the scientific study Light Scan Skin-age, which seeks to evaluate new technologies to estimate gestational age, sponsored with funds from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and FAPEMIG, Minas Gerais, Brazil.
